About Hubspot Integration

Symbo has a native, bi-directional integration with Hubspot. As you move your prospects through each step of your outreach, Symbo can automatically update that contact's deal stage. Call transcriptions, recordings, emails, and manual task completed in Symbo show up in the "Activity" tab of your contact. The Symbo Hubspot integration allows for:

  • One interface for a rep to work from
  • Accurate record keeping; includes time stamp of completed action and all details
  • More time prospecting and less time record keeping

All activity preformed in Symbo will automatically be synced to your Hubspot. Work seamlessly with our native Hubspot integration!

Connect Hubspot

  1. Sign into your Symbo account
  2. On the left hand side, click on "Settings"
  3. Click on "Connections"
  4. Click on the "CRM Connection" drop down
  5. Click on "CRM Provider" and select "Hubspot" then click "Connect"
  6. You will then be redirected to Hubspot where you sign in or select an account.
